High noon Saturday marks the beginning of the annul Loudoun County Chili Cook Off at Ashburn Pub in the Ashburn Village shopping center.
Every year chili cooks from all over vie to be the best in Loudoun. The winner earns a place on the pub’s menu to share the spicy goods with the entire community. Learn more about the event in this story about last year's event.
Besides all the tasty chili, the pub provides live music all day, starting with Andre Fox from noon to 4 p.m. and 7th Son of West Virginia from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
In addition to music, patrons can hang out in the outdoor tents, participate in the cornhole tournament, win prizes and generally enjoy the party.
