Schools, Government Closed in Loudoun, Leesburg
Besides county and town workers, federal offices in the region are also closed.
Loudoun County Public Schools, the county governments and regional federal offices have all announced they will close today, March 6, because of the snow.
All schools and school administrative offices in Loudoun will be closed.
While the county government is closed, employees who staff essential 24-hour county operations and other essential services must work as scheduled.
The Town of Leesburg's government offices will be closed and all public meetings scheduled today are cancelled.
Federal emergency and telework-ready employees must follow their respective agency policies.

- Ida Lee Park Recreation Center

- Runway 17/35 at the Leesburg Executive Airport <http://www.leesburgva.gov/index.aspx?page=72> is currently open, but there will be intermittent closures throughout the day for snow removal.
