Loudoun County property owners who wish to file an appeal of their 2012 real estate assessment can do so online until the deadline of Friday, June 1.

All residential and commercial property owners are encouraged to file their appeal online. Property owners who appeal can apply to appear in person before the Board of Equalization, designate a representative to appear for them, or submit a notarized appeal without having to appear in person.
