Jenny's Hair Salon on Edward's Ferry Road in Leesburg, off Market Street, is not on the list, but I highly recommend her shop. She is very professional, she does a great job, she is friendly, and her prices are reasonable. I have recommended her to other people and they have liked her. Jodi Benedict

G5 Salon just opened in the Wegmans shopping center this Fall. I used to go to Nini At Bubbles in the Dulles Town Center and have followed her there. She is excellent!

We love Mane Improvements! Terry has been our family hairdresser (for myself, my husband and our two daughters) for more than 20 years. She does an excellent job, and she is a wonderful person. We love her and highly recommend her.

ROBINSON'S BARBER SHOP: a Leesburg Legacy business (more than 25 years of continuous operation), 4 Loudoun St. SE, Leesburg, 20175
Robinson's Barber Shop has operated at a number of locations in Leesburg over the years. Thomas Robinson established the shop in 1888 when he and his family moved from Baltimore. It was run for many years by his son, Verdie Robinson. As was the case with many other African American-owned barbershops, the shop served only white customers; the barbers served blacks in their own homes. In 1962, two of his barbers, Raymond Hughes and Horace Nelson Lassiter, bought the business from Robinson's widow on the condition that the business would be integrated. The barbershop continues to operate today.
