Leesburg's 4th of July celebration begins with a hometown parade, beginning at Ida Lee Park and traveling down King Street through the historic district to Catoctin Circle. The event continues with a "Celebration in the Park" at Ida Lee with food vendors and live music. The grand finale will be a wonderful fireworks display over the park. Fireworks start at 9:30 p.m. Rain date for fireworks is July 5.

Leslie, anyone is invited to participate in the parade. I'm not sure if there is a deadline though for signups.
