Health and Fitness Fair Hopes to Inspire and Educate
"Electrifying surprise" at 12 noon is a "must attend" event, according to organizers.
More than 30 exhibitors are looking to inspire healthy living and build a healthier community Saturday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the 1st Annual Loudoun Health and Fitness Fair at Ida Lee Recreation Center in Leesburg.
“We are hoping people will learn how to routinely practice healthy living habits so we as a community enjoy a healthy mind, body and spirit,” said Elaine Stephanos, Marketing and PR Consultant for JP Events and Consulting and president of Marcom Rx.
Stephanos and JP Events and Consulting worked together to create what they hope will be the first of many events to start a new fitness movement in Loudoun County.

At the fitness fair, people will find interactive stations, live demonstrations, health screenings and more. Fetch from the Loudoun Hounds will be there from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. There will be representatives from the Virginia Cavalry FC NASL Soccer Team as well.
The big draw to the event, Stephanos said, will happen at noon, when attendees will experience an “electrifying surprise, that people will not want to miss“.

Some of the highlights from the exhibitors include demonstrations such as “Know Your 5 Crucial Numbers”, with INOVA Loudoun. Also, “New Treatments for Excessive Underarm Sweating” with Aesthetica Cosmetic and Laser Surgery. And “Naturopathic Approaches for Improving Memory” with The Medical Spa at NOVA.
While the event is free to attend, all of the money raised from sponsors and exhibitors will benefit the Loudoun Free Clinic.
