One of the highlights of Leesburg's 2010 Christmas tree lighting was the reading of the classic poem "The Night Before Christmas" by Mayor Kristen Umstattd, Vice Mayor Kevin Wright, council members David Butler, Thomas S. Dunn, II, Kathryn Sheldon Hammler, Fernando "Marty" Martinez, Kenneth "Ken" Reid and Loudoun County Supervisor Kelly Burk.
