Exhibit Captures Leesburg's Changing Scene

Town Hall will feature the photography of Gary Mester

Leesburg Town Hall will feature a photographic exhibit of the work of Gary Mester in its first floor exhibit hall until April 30.

The exhibit features 30 photographs depicting local landscapes, natural features, and events shot over a 10-year period in and around Leesburg.

“I’ve tried to capture the changing scenes, because the things that make Leesburg special, like the parades and events, are also very fragile,” Gary said.  “While we are surrounded by history, it is the people that make this area what it is today.  I hope the photos in the exhibit show how special these events are to the community.”
