Cancellations, Delays Due to Inclement Weather
Due to last night's snow and ice the county has canceled or delayed a number of activities and openings.

Due to the inclement weather, the following Loudoun County agencies are either canceling activities or delaying openings:

* The Loudoun County Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) Youth and Adult League basketball games scheduled at Loudoun County Public Schools sites this afternoon and this evening have been canceled.
* Transportation for the Adult Special Olympics event in Fairfax has been canceled. Participants should check with their coach as to whether the event will still be held.

* All Parks, Recreation, and Community Services (PRCS) sports events held at Loudoun County Public Schools and/or PRCS facilities prior to 1 p.m. today are canceled. PRCS facilities will open at 12 noon.
* Loudoun County Public Library facilities and the Animal Shelter will open at 12 noon.
