"The Christmas tree lighting is what really gets all the little people excited and so when we flick the switch and the trees light up that's probably my favorite part of the whole event in Leesburg," Umstattd said, who's particpated in the event since 1992. "This is one of our most cherised traditions in the downtown and people seem to enjoy it."
