Leesburg Corner Outlets Getting Food Court Revamp

Expanding options on the menu with new managers, Villa Enterprises.

The food court is getting a new look and under new management at Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets. Villa Enterprises announced this week that it is assuming the management, operation and brand placement in the food court.

The company will oversee a two-phased renovation project to be completed by late spring. During the first phase, the food court will feature a temporary Italian quick-service restaurant serving pizza and pasta, as well as a coffee kiosk, according to a release.

When complete, the food court will be home to six Villa brands, including Villa Italian Kitchen, Green Leaf’s, Bananas, South Philly Steaks & Fries, Far East Asian Fire and The Market by Villa.

“Few restaurant management companies operate entire food courts, so it’s a unique opportunity for us to manage and outfit entire food courts with our brands, and even create new concepts to add to our portfolio based on market demand," said Adam Torine, Villa Enterprises’ Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Villa anticipates the creation of nearly 70 jobs, including managers and crew positions for all restaurants.
