Potomac Station Welcomes New BB&T

The new BB&T Potomac Station Financial Center will offer a full array of services including checking and savings accounts, business, personal and mortgage loans, safe deposit boxes, investment services and insurance services.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Tuesday during a grand opening ceremony at the new BB&T Potomac Station Financial Center at 680 Potomac Station Dr. NE. Leesburg Mayor Kristen C. Umstattd officiated. 

BB&T Corporation is one of the largest financial services holding companies in the U.S., with approximately 1,800 financial centers in 12 states and Washington, DC. The new BB&T Potomac Station Financial Center will offer a full array of services including checking and savings accounts, business, personal and mortgage loans, safe deposit boxes, investment services and insurance services. BB&T has named Angela Davis as financial center leader. 

“The new Potomac Station financial center will provide an additional convenient location for our clients in the Leesburg market,” said BB&T Regional President Don Strehle. “This is a growing and important market for us and we are pleased to expand BB&T’s presence in Leesburg.” 

Leesburg Economic Development Manager Marantha Edwards said that BB&T’s expanded presence in Leesburg reflects positive growth and commitment to the small business community.

The new financial center will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays and 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturdays. The drive-thru will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturdays. For more information, visit BB&T online.
