Shoe's Cup & Cork, located at 17 North King Street in Downtown Leesburg is having the "Stupidest Promotion Ever"This week and next, Monday-Friday from 7-8am, Shoe's is giving away everything for FREE!  Coffee, breakfast, KIND bars, pastries....everything is FREE!Come check out what Loudoun residents have voted, Best Gossip Center & Best Coffee Shop!!!!When asked why Shoe's is doing this, management explained,"We're trying to introduce folks to our great breakfasts and, frankly, we're also trying to find out whether it makes business sense for us to be open certain hours at all. 'Free' tells us whether there is an audience there at any price in the early morning. There is usually a ton of open street parking before 9 AM, and we would like people to use it. Clearly it takes a certain critical mass of people and activities to open the place in the morning, so if we find the activity level just doesn't justify it, we will adjust our hours accordingly and most likely not open on weekdays until 9."
