The Leesburg Police Department released a list of the intersections with the most crashes in 2012 as part of their annual crime report.

The report states that there was a .048 percent increase in total crashes and a 1.6 percent increase in crashes with reported injuries, citing driver inattention as the reason for the increase.

- Route 15 Bypass and Sycolin Road: 37
- East Market Street and Cardinal Park Drive: 16
- East Market Street and Plaza Street: 14
- South King Street and Evergreen Mill / Country Club Drive: 10
