Achieving Optimum Health After Age 70

Learn about fall prevention, home safety, dementia, staying healthy, and more. This Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging Caregiver Education Program is presented by Dr. John H. Cook III, and is open to older adults, caregivers, professionals, and anyone interested in learning about achieving optimum health after age 70.

The seminar will be held at Eastern Loudoun Adult Day Center, the newest adult day center in Loudoun County. Snacks and a tour will be provided. To sign-up for this free program, call 703-777-0257 or send an email to aaa@loudoun.gov. Registration is required.
