Don't be sidelined this season with a season ending injury. ACL injuries can involve extensive rehabilitation.

We offer sports injury prevention program that specifically target these season ending injuries, and can be tailor made to fit the athlete's sport. This program also includes a video analysis of the athlete's landing technique.

The Sportsmetrics™ program is scientifically proven to decrease non-contact knee injuries. It consists of a 6-week program that is comprised of a dynamic warm-up, plyometric drills focusing on jumping/landing technique, strength training, speed and agility, and flexibility exercises. A pre- and post-test are also included to monitor improvement, as well as to indicate any red flags for injury that can be improved with training. These tests include a video analysis of jumping technique, which is a great visual motivator for your athlete. This program focuses on improving balance and body alignment during agility training and other athletic skills.

The cornerstone of this program is improving jumping and landing technique, which is has been proven to reduce noncontact ACL injuries.
