Kids between the ages of 5 and 15 will demonstrate the skills and movements taught at Crossfit. Come and see for yourself what amazing health and strength benefits await your child. If you want to get your young athlete performing better or simply get your computer or TV-crazed child away from the screen, Loco Crossfit Kids can get them excited about fitness. Loco offers classes for all ages between 3 and 18 as well as for adults.

All those who bring an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots during the event on December 7 will receive a percentage off coupon valid toward their next meal at The Q Company. Giveaways from Loco will also be handed out at the event.
