Natural Childbirth Class

Inova Loudoun Hospital is offering a new childbirth education class, Natural Childbirth. The class will take place at The Birthing Inna at Inova Loudoun Hospital, 44045 Riverside Parkway, Leesburg.

Our fun and relaxing Natural Childbirth class is used to inspire couples that birth is a normal and natural process. The most important way to approach birth is with confidence and relaxation. This can be achieved by knowing what to expect and developing the skills to move through labor. The class is a blend of lecture, discussion and relaxation. It is designed for couples interested in natural childbirth options.  The class will take place on Sunday, August 18 from noon – 6 p.m.  The cost is $100/couple.
