American Legion Post 34 New Charter Meeting

The Virginia American Legion Department Commander will
present American Legion Post 34, Leesburg Johnson/Brent with their new charter on Monday, September 26,  2011
at 7:30PM  at the  VFW Hall , 401 Old Waterford Road
NW, Leesburg, VA 20176.  Everyone is
welcome to attend.   The post was created by merging American Legion Post 34, Loudoun County and American Legion Post 181, Leesburg Johnson/Brent. Post 181, Leesburg Johnson/Brent was formed  as an African/American post during segregation. Over the years, both posts were integrated. The merger will allow over 130
