Take the Loudoun Targets Lyme Survey

Residents are asked to fill out a short survey about their encounters with the disease that's prevalent in the county.

The Loudoun County government is encouraging residents to fill out a short, anonymous Lyme disease survey intended to help the county target the disease and implement prevention activities. The survey can be completed online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/LymeAwareness.

“Please take a few minutes to complete this important survey and make your voice count," said Dr. David Goodfriend, Loudoun County Health Department Director, in a press release. “Also, stay safe from Lyme disease this season and don’t forget to ‘like’ the Loudoun Targets Lyme Facebook, download and share Lyme disease resources, and spread the word to friends, family and coworkers.”

Loudoun’s Lyme Facebook page can be found at www.facebook.com/loudountargetslyme, while Lyme disease resources can be found at www.loudoun.gov/loudountargetslyme.
