Wing Walking Woman Who Perished Performed at Leesburg
All over the region, people are reeling from stunt plane crash in Ohio that took two local lives.
A plane crash at an Ohio air show Saturday killed Oakton resident Charlie Schwenker, 64, and his wing-walking partner, Jane Wicker, of the Manassas area.
Wicker was known to perform at local air shows, including at Leesburg Executive Airport, where these pictures were taken in 2012.
The wife of Schwenker spoke with the Washington Post about her husband.
