Rainy Sunday - Cool to cold week - Snow?

The highlights for this week:

1. Heavy rains today – Gonna be wet with widespread 1-2 inches of rain.
2. Snow for the southern half of VA and Eastern NC Tuesday – There is a lot of model jumping here but a 1 inch snow could whiten many in central part of the state of VA down to the NC border and into the Northeastern half of NC!

3. SNOW again and for more folks Thursday? At this point this seems possible.  I would put it at 30% chance and rain could also fall

4. Arctic cold possible After the storm Thursday - More as things get clearer
