Leesburg Community Church Hosts Prayer for All Nations

People from many Christian denominations will gather every Monday night to attend "Prayer for All Nations" in Leesburg.

The Prayer for all Nations (PAN) is held from 7-9 p.m. Mondays at Leesburg Community Church, 835 Lee Ave SW. The weekly meeting is coordinated by Reverends James & Faith Cha.

This is a call to prayer as we see people from all nations coming to our Leesburg neighborhood.

• To pray for more laborers (Matthew 9:37-38)

• To pray for Spirit-led opportunities to share the Gospel with them (Acts 8:26-40; Colossians 4:2-5)

• To pray for the Holy Spirit to enable us to be Christ's bold ambassadors (Acts 1:8; Acts 4:27-31)

• To pray for the Lord to open up the hearts of the lost so that they may be saved (Acts 16:14)

“And foreigners who bind themselves to the Lord to minister to him, to love the name of the Lord, and to be his servants, all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold fast to my covenant--these I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations" (Isaiah 56:6-7).

The format for PAN is simple:

1. Few words of devotional from God's Word, or a video (sometimes we include teaching about outreach)

2. Few songs of worship

3. Sharing by a special guest(s)

4. Sharing of prayer requests (usually related to outreach)

5. Prayer as a group; sometimes in smaller circles of 2-3

The ministry is based on Isaiah 43: 6, 7 and 21.

This prayer meeting is open to Christians from all denominations and backgrounds. Two years ago i43 Ministries established a similar gathering in Herndon, and the Lord brought Baptists, Presbyterians, Anglicans, Pentecostals, Methodists, Messianic Jews, MBBs (Muslim Background Believers), HBBs (Hindu Background Believers), BBBs (Buddhist Background Believers) from Sierra Leone, Liberia, China, Korea, Sri Lanka, India, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Philippines, Egypt, Lebanon, Iran, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Mali, Iraq, and other parts of the world.

Note: James and Faith Cha believe that the Lord of the Harvest is bringing people from all nations to the United States for His sovereign purpose. You can join them as they pray for the people from all nations who are living in their Leesburg neighborhood and have yet to hear about Jesus Christ. The prayer meeting typically lasts 2 hours. The meeting starts promptly at 7 pm at Leesburg Community Church.
