This man has had no serious consequences to his actions. His first DUI should of been his last. Now we have the 3rd and i would bet my life that a 4th is inevitable. Not only to endanger his own worthless life, but to put the life of a 12 year old in jeopardy is beyond comprehension! Disgusting!
