Abduction Added to Charges Against Airport Shuttle Driver

A DC man reported being taken to Sterling and robbed.

The airport shuttle driver who reportedly picked up a Washington, DC, man in the city, drove him to Sterling and robbed him at knifepoint, now faces an abduction charge, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

The driver is alleged to have demanded money during the incident, which took place just before 6 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, near Sinegar Place in Sterling. Deputies were able to locate the driver shortly after the DC victim reported the incident.

Jesus A. Josephson, 52, of Hyattsville, MD, faces abduction and robbery charges, and remains in custody at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
