The man suspected in robbing a PNC Bank in Sterling Jan. 2 and a Wells Fargo Bank in Herndon Dec. 27 is in custody in Fairfax after an investigation that led authorities to Miami.

Jonzel M. Bailey, 22, waived extradition and is being held in Fairfax County related to the Dec. 27 robbery.
