LCSO Seeks Information on Possible Identity

A Hispanic man was reported to have approached a 13-year-old girl on her way home from school, in September, and is now considered a suspicious person

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information regarding the possible identity of an adult male subject to learn more about a suspicious person call that was received by the agency back in September.

On September 19th a 13-year-old girl reported she was walking home from school in the area of the Sterling Park Mall when around 3:30 p.m. she was approached by an unknown subject who asked her if she wanted company. Although the subject never made any inappropriate contact with the teenager, Loudoun Sheriff’s Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance to help identify him.

The subject is described as a Hispanic male, in his mid 20’s to early 30’s, 6’ tall, with a medium build. He is further described as having brown eyes (the right eye possibly drifts to the right).

If you know the identity of the subject, you are asked to contact Investigator D. Cresswell of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475.
