Leesburg Police Investigate Church Burglary

The Leesburg Police Department is currently investigating a burglary that occurred at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 801 Balls Bluff Road, N.E. The complainant reported that sometime between 8:00 PM on Saturday June 25, 2011 and 7:00 AM Sunday June 26, 2011, and unknown person or persons entered the church and forced entry to the library of the church and removed four televisions, one DVD player, and one VCR.

 The Leesburg Police Department is asking anyone who may have information concerning this incident to call Detective Shaw at (703) 771-4521 or email at dshaw@leesburgva.gov. Individuals who wish to remain anonymous can call the Leesburg Crimeline at (703) 443-TIPS.
