New Sketch of Home Invasion Suspect in Loudoun

A previous sketch was updated as well as investigators continue to seek leads about the reported April 16 incident.

Investigators have released a composite sketch for a second suspect in the reported April 16 home invasion and robbery of a Taylorstown family in Loudoun.

The new sketch along with a previous sketch that has been updated provides the public with images of two of four suspects. The sketches show two white men; the other two suspects are black. All were believed to be driving a gold or tan SUV, possibly a 2003 Nissan Murano.

The suspect in the new composite sketch is described as 5-foot-10 to 6-feet tall, weighing 170s pounds, in his mid-20s and having strawberry blonde hair. He also was described as having acne on his face.

Another suspect, for whom the earlier sketch was released, has been described as a white male, 17 to 25 years old, 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, with brown eyes and short black hair. He was further described as having scruffy facial hair and wearing a long-sleeved gray shirt with graffiti style writing and baggy jeans.

A third suspect was described as a heavyset, bald black man. A fourth suspect was described as a black man with a thin build, approximately 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, with an angular-shaped face.

LCSO deputies responded to a home on the 13400 block of Loyalty Road around 11:30 a.m. April 16 after the family contacted authorities, according to an LCSO report. The family reported that an unknown male knocked on their door with a delivery, but then forced his way into the home with three other men.

Then men had weapons and family members reported seeing at least one firearm, according to the report. Five family members, including two small children, alleged they were held against their will as the men took items from the home.

When the men left, a family member ran for help. No one was injured, according to the LCSO report.
