Police: Gun Drawn in Parking Space Dispute

Man charged with weapon violation, according to Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

A Sterling man has been charged with a weapon law violation after pulling a gun out during an argument over a parking space, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The man, age 24, was charged with brandishing a firearm in a public place, according to a Sheriff's Office release.

Police responded to a restaurant at Potomac Run Plaza at 5:20 p.m. Saturday. 

During an argument with another person over a parking issue, the suspect allegedly brandished a firearm.

He was identified and located at his home, according to deputies.
