Absentee Voting for August Primary Underway

Voting taking place at the Loudoun County Voter Registration Office in Leesburg

In-person absentee voting is underway in Loudoun County for the August 23, 2011, primary election.

Absentee voting is taking place at the Voter Registration Office, 750 Miller Drive S.E., Suite C, Leesburg, and will remain available during normal hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., through Friday, August 19, 2011.  The office will also be open for absentee voting on Saturday, August 20, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  There will be no absentee voting at the Cascades Senior Center for this election.

The new election districts for Loudoun County are in effect for the August 23 election. New voter information cards with correct precinct and district information are scheduled to be mailed to Loudoun County voters on or about August 1, 2011.
