Boot Camp for ALL fitness levels. The classes run in 4 week segments, 8 classes for 4 weeks. Join anytime and come prepared to have a lot of fun and meet new friends. The class is designed to help you become more healthy and active.
Classes consist of warm-up activites, strength, endurance, cardiovasular and cool-down. In 60 minutes, you wil have done more than you thought you could ever accomplish.
Come and bring just a towel, water and a yoga mat.
