Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Road Apple Rally
Buy a "deed" for $10 (all proceeds support Loudoun Therapeutic Riding, including its Wounded Warrior program). At 1 p.m. October 29, a pony will be turned out on a suitably marked pasture -- sale of deeds stops as soon as the pony enters the field -- and the pony will be removed at 2 p.m. The pony may be removed earlier if it has dposited a wining pile. The winning "pie" must be at least 5 inches in diameter.
One winning deed will be awarded half the pot, up to $1,000.

Winning deed owners need not be present to win and there is no rain date. If inclement weather keeps the pony (and the spectators) indoors, the contest will be decided by a drawing.
