<p>This historical park surrounds Ball's Bluff National Cemetery and was the site of the first Civil War battle that took place in Loudoun County.</p>
<p>The park features interpretive signs with detailed information on the historical significance of the battle, commanders and troop movements.</p> <p>In addition to walking trails for outdoorsy and fitness-minded folks, there is plenty for the history buff at Ball's Bluff. There is a small cemetery in the heart of the park, in which soldiers who fought and died in the battle are buried.</p> <p>The park features a three-quarter-mile trail and two-mile circuit hikes, interpretive history signs and picnic tables.</p>
