Downtown Saloon, also known as Payne's Biker Bar, is a pub located in the heart of historic Leesburg with the catch phrase "better here than across the street." Across the street, that is, at the county courthouse.  It caters to a local crowd of bikers and others but also offers a variety of lunch and dinner specials that will appeal to the more traditional Leesburg resident. The saloon has multiple widescreen TVs for your sports viewing pleasure and features live music and entertainment throughout the week.  Happy hour runs from 4pm to 7pm Monday to Friday.
