Laughing Ogre Comics has been in business since 1997 and in Lansdowne since 2007. Within its walls is a teeming selection of comics and graphic novels from around the world, including a selection of Japanese anime and some superhero favorites. They also sell merchandise, including t-shirts, posters, toys and action figures of some favorite characters. Its Web site has reviews and information for parents and educators, and it hosts a number of signings and events throughout the year. A selection of children's books is also available in the store.
