We showed up at 10:48 am to grab a bagel for breakfast but they told us they were only serving lunch starting at 11 am. We use to come here often, but with customer service like that, it looks like we will be getting our breakfast elsewhere.

Shoes Coffee is hands down the best place to be in Leesburg before 2 or 3 PM. Not only was I inspired to write a screenplay in the place, as I looked for an anti-starb*@#$ to write a film in, but this family owned business excels in more than just atmosphere and food. These are great people who represent Leesburg in the most postivite way.
PS, after 2 or 3 PM, you should check out the Hidden Garden, a hidden gem behind the coffee shop that offers great apps, salads, sandy's and beer and wine.
Don't change anything Shoes.
BWP and Frozen Peas love you!

I decided to try this place out when my go-to coffee shop started being inhospitable. I was really impressed by the atmosphere, it's cozy and unique. The coffee was not that great, though, and I appreciate good coffee. I don't think the employees are very well trained in that department, but they were at least friendly and spoke english (unlike the shop I left, Dolce). The parking kind of sucks, I had to park several blocks away, but I liked the food (although it was a little pricey). I'm glad to be supporting a local business, though.
