For starters, I don't even know how this daycare is still open. The owner has no clue how to run a business. This location is only concerned with the MONEY and nothing else. There are several staff members that care more about thier cell phones then the children. The infant teacher spent more time on her cell phone then taking care of the children.
And ratios are maintained unless its not convienant for the office staff, who are always on thier phones as well, not to mention looking at tile when they should be working.
They are often understaffed, causing children to be moved into different classrooms, and some children are even kept in the office. A few staff members do not have the proper credentials to be a lead teacher, yet they claim they have qualified staff.
My son has been sick often, due to the fact that parents are not properly informed when children have an illness. My son was allowed to attend with a temp of 101 and a note from the Dr saying he had Hand Foot and Mouth, I was told by the owner just not to say anything.
A staff member was witnessed yanking a child into a classroom and nothing was done about it! The director is not qualified, and it's just a sad excuse for a daycare center.

Children who are sent home due to illness will not be readmitted to school until all signs of illness have been gone for 24 hours unless a licensed physician has indicated in writing that the child does not present a health threat to others.
