Girl's Night Out to Honor Breast Cancer Awareness
Fourteen merchants in the historic downtown will feature discounts, specials and cupcakes provided by Mom's Apple Pie, Lightfoot Bakery and Lola's Cookies & Treats.
The Leesburg Downtown Business Association will be hosting their monthly Girl’s Night Out event on Thursday, Oct. 20. This month, fourteen participating merchants will honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month while serving free cupcakes courtesy of Mom's Apple Pie, Lightfoot Bakery and Lola's Cookies & Treats. “We’re excited to provide the goodies for everyone,” said Lola’s Cookies and Treats Manager Jillian Cimino. The bakery will provide a dark chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache and a pink ribbon on top, Cimino said, as well as a vanilla cupcake with pink vanilla frosting and sprinkles.
