Update: Leesburg Police Continue to Investigate Shooting
A Leesburg man is at large as police continue to search for answers.
Update 4:35 p.m.: Jonathan Alexander Cowden, who was considered at large since Tuesday, turned himself in at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday to detectives of the Leesburg Police Department. He was involved in shooting a firearm at a tow truck driver early Tuesday morning. Cowden is also being charged with Possession of a Stolen Firearm and will be taken before the Loudoun County Magistrate for a bond hearing. This is still an active criminal investigation.
