Victims of Evergreen Mills Crash Identified As Leesburg Twins

The two men who died after their car struck a tree of Evergreen Mills Road and caught fire early Sunday morning have been identified by the Virginia State Police as Aaron W. Henry and Vincent B. Henry, 26-year-old twins from Leesburg.

State Police Trooper J.W. Foutz Jr. was dispatched to the scene, near Reservoir Road at 1:38 a.m. Sunday. According to a VSP report, a 1994 Ford Explorer occupied by the Henrys was traveling north along Evergreen Mills when it crossed the centerline, left the roadway to the left and slid into a tree. The impact caused the vehicle to catch fire, rapidly engulfing it in flames, according to the report. Both men died at the scene. 

Speed is believed to have been a factor in the crash, according to the report, but it remains under investigation.

The accident closed Evergreen Mills for nearly four hours.

The accident was one of three fatal crashes in Loudoun during less than 36 hours. Mars Inc. owner Jacqueline Mars was identified by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office as the driver of a Porsche SUV that struck a minivan along Route 50 Friday afternoon. One of the minivan's passengers died. Then, around 12:50 a.m. Sunday, a man later charged with a DUI struck and killed an Ashburn couple riding a motorcycle.
